1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Cash Flow Hoops (the “Service”), operated by Hooporia Institute Inc.,
you agree to these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Cash Flow Hoops provides a digital tool to track income and expenses related to youth and community basketball programs.
Access to the Service may be restricted through secure credentials (including PINs) managed by Hooporia Institute Inc.
3. Eligibility & Access
The Service is intended for authorized program administrators, coaches, and coordinators.
Each organization may receive unique access credentials to protect its data.
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your PIN or credentials confidential.
- Ensuring that only authorized users access your program’s data.
- Notifying us promptly about any suspected unauthorized access at FiatPalante@gmail.com.
4. User Data and Responsibility
All financial entries, notes, and records entered into Cash Flow Hoops are the responsibility of the user or program
providing them. Hooporia Institute Inc. is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of
user-provided data.
You agree not to upload or input any illegal, harmful, or confidential third-party information into the Service.
5. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Cash Flow Hoops, including its design, code, and related materials, is the property of Hooporia Institute Inc.
All rights are reserved. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service
without prior written permission.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful and intended purposes. Prohibited uses include:
- Attempting to access another organization’s data without authorization.
- Introducing malware, automated scripts, or other malicious software.
- Using the platform for fraudulent activity or unauthorized resale.
7. Availability & Updates
Hooporia Institute Inc. strives to maintain reliable access to the Service, but does not guarantee uninterrupted
or error-free operation. We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, security, or
improvements.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Hooporia Institute Inc. makes no warranties,
express or implied, regarding the Service’s reliability, performance, or suitability for any particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hooporia Institute Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not
limited to loss of data, income, or goodwill.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Cash Flow Hoops for any user or program that violates these
Terms or engages in misuse of the platform.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and
the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Al acceder o utilizar Cash Flow Hoops (el “Servicio”), operado por Hooporia Institute Inc.,
usted acepta estos Términos de Uso y todas las leyes aplicables. Si no está de acuerdo, le pedimos que no utilice el Servicio.
2. Descripción del Servicio
Cash Flow Hoops ofrece una herramienta digital para registrar ingresos y gastos relacionados a programas
de baloncesto juvenil y comunitario. El acceso al Servicio puede estar restringido mediante credenciales
seguras (incluyendo PIN) manejadas por Hooporia Institute Inc.
3. Elegibilidad y Acceso
El Servicio está dirigido a administradores de programas, entrenadores y coordinadores.
Cada organización puede recibir credenciales únicas para proteger sus datos.
Usted es responsable de:
- Mantener su PIN o credenciales en confidencialidad.
- Asegurar que solo personas autorizadas accedan a los datos de su programa.
- Notificarnos con prontitud sobre accesos no autorizados a FiatPalante@gmail.com.
4. Datos de Usuario y Responsabilidad
Todos los registros financieros, notas e información que se ingresen en Cash Flow Hoops son responsabilidad del usuario
o programa que los provee. Hooporia Institute Inc. no se hace responsable por la exactitud, completitud o actualidad
de los datos provistos por los usuarios.
Usted se compromete a no subir ni introducir información ilegal, dañina o confidencial de terceros al Servicio.
5. Propiedad Intelectual
Cash Flow Hoops, incluyendo su diseño, código y materiales relacionados, es propiedad de Hooporia Institute Inc.
Todos los derechos están reservados. No se permite copiar, modificar, realizar ingeniería inversa ni redistribuir
partes del Servicio sin autorización escrita previa.
6. Uso Aceptable
Usted se compromete a usar el Servicio solo para propósitos legales y previstos. Están prohibidos, entre otros:
- Intentar acceder a los datos de otra organización sin autorización.
- Introducir malware, scripts automatizados u otro software malicioso.
- Usar la plataforma para actividades fraudulentas o reventa no autorizada.
7. Disponibilidad y Actualizaciones
Hooporia Institute Inc. se esfuerza por mantener el Servicio disponible y estable, pero no garantiza que será
ininterrumpido o libre de errores. Podemos actualizar, modificar o suspender temporalmente el Servicio para
mantenimiento, seguridad o mejoras.
8. Descargo de Responsabilidad
El Servicio se ofrece “tal cual” y “según disponibilidad”. Hooporia Institute Inc. no ofrece garantías, expresas o
implícitas, sobre la confiabilidad, rendimiento o adecuación del Servicio para un propósito específico.
9. Limitación de Responsabilidad
En la medida máxima permitida por ley, Hooporia Institute Inc. no será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales,
consecuentes o especiales que surjan del uso del Servicio, incluyendo pérdida de datos, ingresos o reputación.
10. Terminación
Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender o terminar el acceso a Cash Flow Hoops para cualquier usuario o programa que viole
estos Términos o que haga un uso indebido de la plataforma.
11. Ley Aplicable
Estos Términos se interpretarán de acuerdo con las leyes del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico y de los Estados Unidos,
sin considerar principios de conflicto de leyes.
